These training courses are brand-independent and applicable for your SYNTEGON / BOSCH-, Klöckner-Packaging / SIG (Sigpack), TEVOPHARM Pack-5/6/7/20/50/100/201/301/401/1000/2000 as well as other brands (Cavanna, Fuji, SPS/PFM, Omori, Ulma, etc.).
We will make you a quote on simple request, budget prices are based on ‘normal working hours’; evenings and/or weekends are also possible, whereby hours are calculated according to the applicable rates (125 to 200%).

Description
This course covers in more detail:
- Explanation of flow-wrap principle
- Explanation of safety devices, overload couplings, etc.
- Folding box + foil loop explanation
- General information regarding different film types (flexible, non-flexible such as paper, etc.)
- Printed and unprinted film
- Explanation of photocell control/spot correction in connection with position-printed foil
- Explanation crimpers/jaws and sealing rollers pressure
- Different crimpers/jaws profiles and blades.
- Adjust knives
- Most common malfunctions and how to avoid them.
- Multiple choice test + discussion of questions/comments from participants.
Extension training: (mechanical) flow-wrapmachine technicians
It is advised to follow our course; 'Basic Technical Operator' first.

This course covers in more detail:
- Adjustment brake/balance film roll holder; possibly driven roll in foil tower (with or without tension control)
- Horizontal sealing table, different versions: preheating, air-extraction (‘vacuum’), etc.; adjustment of rollers, different profiles and versions
- Crimpers/jaws different profiles and designs and why? Pressure and control adjustment
- Knives different designs and adjustment
- Overload torque setting, etc.
- Preventive, periodic maintenance
- Replacement of bearings, heating elements, thermocouples/PT-100, etc.
- “Trouble Shooting”
- Conversion between different foil types, paper thicknesses, hot and cold sealable foil
- Etc.
